Refuse Services provided by Northern Illinois Disposal Services are as follows:
Household trash is unlimited with one bulk item per week.
Household recycle is unlimited.
All newspapers, aluminum cans, cardboard cut to 2′x2′ in size.
Tin cans, plastic and glass bottles are all excepted.
Extra recycle bins are $8.00 a piece.
No yard waste service in the Village of Shabbona.
White goods can be picked up for a fee of $25.00 per item plus an additional fee of $35.00 for freon items.
