Residential Garbage Collection in Unincorporated Areas
Northern Illinois Disposal provides residents in the unicorporated areas of Dekalb, Ogle, and Lee county with a 95-gallon waste container only, specifically designed to accommodate the needs of larger families and households that generate higher volumes of waste.
Extra trash is $20/ cubic yard. and you must call and schedule for it to be collected.
Replacement or additional totes are available for $30/ quarterly +$60 delivery fee.
Recycling Service in Unincorporated Areas
Northern Illinois Disposal supports recycling. We understand its impact on the health of our planet. That’s why we recycle whenever we can and encourage everyone to do so. Together, we can all make a difference in sustaining a healthy environment today and into the future.
Residents may request a 65-gallon container with collection every other week. Additional tote is $30/ quarterly + $60 delivery fee.

Bulky Item Collection in Unincorporated Areas
Bulky Items will be collected on your regularly scheduled collection day at a rate of $25/ item . Bulk items exceeding 50 pounds will require an additional fee. Contact us to schedule a collection.
Bulk items include: boxes, barrels, crates, furniture, and similar items that do not fit into a proper container and can be collected/lifted by one driver without assistance. Exceptions include items which are banned from direct disposal into a landfill (appliances, tires, car batteries, TV’s, electronic waste). No construction waste accepted.
Contact us to schedule a pick up in advance. Items should not be placed at the curb until the evening before the confirmed scheduled collection.
